Driving Instructions
From I-265 (Gene Snyder Expressway):
Take the Middletown/Eastwood exit and go east onto U.S. 60 (Shelbyville Road) toward Eastwood. Proceed approximately 3.7 miles. Turn left onto Long Run Road, just after Flat Rock Road. Go approximately 1 mile. Green Hill Therapy is on the left. Watch for our sign!
From I-64 East:
Take the I-265 exit going North. Proceed to the next exit, and exit going east onto U.S. 60 (Shelbyville Road). Follow directions above.
