Our Scholarship Program
We are excited to be able
to offer this program to either existing clients or potential clients who are in
need of financial assistance. We are committed to making our services as
accessible to everyone in need as is possible. Our Scholarship program allows us
to move toward that goal. You can make a confidential inquiry by calling Green
Hill Therapy and asking to speak to our Scholarship Program Coordinator.
The process each applicant will be required to complete is as follows:
Submit three years of your most recent tax returns.
Completion of an application form available simply by asking or downloading it from our website.
No application will be considered until the application package is complete.
All applications will be reviewed and considered by Green Hill Therapy’s Scholarship Committee.
Application deadlines are at the end of each calendar quarter as follows:
March 31 - June 30 - September 30 - December 31
